I think you have more stock than your local mini-motor control warehouse. Be ever so careful with those POT assemblies. I bought a few last year and the soldering points crack easily. The AliExpress supplier did replace a few of them for me, when I complained.

Keep your eye out for Dormer sales in 2025. A friend of mine was a Sales Rep for them and I think you can get them thru a reseller that ‘we at Whitelaw’ now deal with in Mississauga. BTW We are currently about 100 kms North of Auckland, NZ. WIFI is strong and weather is great (26 deg.C, Sunshine)

Make sure the lip seals are in good shape. Grinding dust can be very damaging if it is allowed to ‘creep’ into the slide ways and mechanisms.
