Came out of a government facility so probably taken care of. I saved it from the scrap at a cost to me of about $700. not including a couple of days time. I'll be happy to see it go to a good home for $1000. The optical viewer is there, but not assembled to the unit. The adjustments all work as smoothly as you'd expect on a machine that cost as much as a small house when new. It's a heavy unit, but movable on a low bed Uhaul trailer. Rolls on two bar axles put through the holes in the bed on which are mounted 12" solid tire cast iron wheels with roller bearings. I'd prefer to keep the wheels but money would talk.
