Working on a watch and I thought I'd share some pics of the lug work. Lugs need to be tilted slightly to allow the center-drill/drill to reach the bottom lug without colliding with the top one, this makes it tough to get the pilot hole started due to the center-drill wanting to skate on the slope of the lug. I thought of making some sort of jig or fixture to clamp on the lug to act as a pilot but it seems too involved for what it is....unless someone here has any bright ideas!
