A friend bought a lot from a local auction, this was amongst all the cables he bid on “hes a scrapper when he’s not long haul trucking, i have googled it and it appears to be what I think is a BIG VFD, it still has the plastic end caps fitted where the cables go, doesn’t look like it’s ever been used. I am thinking because of 3 phase input and out its for a big factory machine??? Any information is appreciated because I have priced it at around $900 on EBay, he was going to strip it for the Huge heat sink on the back LOL

26 amps. I have worked and installed such vfds before. Its big bucks, But nice to soft start a sawmill wood chipper after blade adjustment so in case there is any run-out in the shaft or you misaligned a blade - it simply tickles softly as apposed to full grenade when full juice is applied with no vfd.

480 input - at 25 amps. WOw big bastard!
