That's not a bad price for a 7x14 lathe. A couple of years ago I bought the same TQ 0635 lathe through walmart.ca for $600+tax, delivered.
Vevor (RealBull) 7x lathes come with a 4" spindle flange and a 4" chuck, and roller bearings, so in that respect probably a bit better than the basic Sieg lathes from BusyBee, HFreight, Grizzly,etc..
BUT Vevors are famous for poor quality control, so I'd recomment this one for a buyer who really enjoys 'tuning up and fixing up' stuff. :)
BTW, I sold that lathe + a pile of accessories; I kept my (now upgraded) Microlux (Sieg) 7x14.
