Tormach CNC 1100 Personal Mill - $12,000, Vancouver, BC

Not an M series but a Series 3 like mine, most of the specs are similar, but the spindle speed and HP copied from the M spec are wrong (only 1-1/2hp and 5140rpm) and not poly V drive but regular old v belt drive. Also be aware that M series have a newer interface board, needed for all the later "upgrades" on M series...(BT30 spindle, servos, ATC for BT30, etc. ).
I know I got mine for an incredibly good deal so hard for me to judge but I think its a bit overpriced unless a whole lota tooling comes with it.

I'm unsure about the "worth it" but agree that it doesn't appear to have BT30 or new console or any of the other goodies on current Tormach products.

Perhaps. A Tormach 1100M (although this appears to be a 1100) starts at us$19,552 = cdn$28,000 + tooling + HST + shipping so approximately 1/3 new cost of a similar machine.
