tool holder for rotary burr cutters

Got some of these plastic tool holders from AliExpress to help me organize my growing addiction collection. The shank sizes are drilled small, I'd say 2mm? but that's a good thing because shanks vary all over the map so you can just open up the hole to whatever. Pretty compact footprint for the number of cutters. Here I have some of my common rubberized abrasives all together in one happy family.

Come to think of it, these 'nail products' stores have been a regular hangout for me lately. Sometimes I catch my wife eyeing my stash LOL. I buy the foam backed abrasive pads (nail files) because they come in all kinds of fine grits. They have excellent prices on carbide cutters which I just cant tell the difference between hobby grade ones at significantly higher prices. I'm experimenting with some ceramic cutters which are kind of interesting, etc. etc.

I've been sampling here & there depending on the shape & combining items in an order.

This was more recent purchase, seemed pretty good.

Not sure that the color coating does anything but at least its not wearing off.

I've only used hem on wood, composites & aluminum. Haven't done much in steel. I think they would be ok from a material hardness & sharpness standpoint, but the tooth bite might be a bit aggressive for steel. Hard to say though, the ones I have with 1/4" shank for die grinders have similar tooth but are a meatier shank. These are just 3-4mm shank, more for smaller work.
