That is the smaller cousin of RF-31 that still sells new for 2200 plus tax. Since its smaller I assume what he is asking is new price.

Model is DF25. Seems a bit rusty. If I were interested, I'd show him the new price and offer half that. That verbose description doesn't even say that anything else comes with it. The vise on it isnt worthy of asking for much more either.
