---SOLD---Rebuilt drop-in 305 (5 litre) TBI (throttle body injection) GM truck engine

This engine was removed form a 1989 GMC 1500 truck and rebuilt by me for a friend's project vehicle. The project has been cancelled and I now have no use for the engine. The TBI 305 was used in GMC and Chevrolet light duty C-K trucks and G vans from 1987 to 1995. All the machine work on the block, crankshaft and connecting rods was done by Trac Engine Service and the cylinder head work and complete engine assembly was done by me. I am a retired Red Seal Journeyman Automotive Technician and was a professional engine builder for many years. The engine is complete with alternator, starter, distributor, throttle body with injectors, water pump, accessory pullies and belt. I have receipts from Trac Engine and parts suppliers for $2877 and that amount does not include my labor. I'm asking $2500, pictures and copies of all receipts are available. More than fair price John. I'd also add that it doesn't include the value of the base engine or your expertise. It should easily sell at that if you have the patience to wait for the right buyer.
