A couple of years back YYCHM sourced some JAX tool black and did a small group buy for 3 of us. The chemical itself is not that expensive but shipping is expensive. Well, thanks to Dabbler I learn that this stuff is available right here in Calgary at Ken's Gems. A jewelry and Lapidary supply store in the NE. I stopped by to pick up a new bottle and was pleasantly surprised at the selection of metal working tools and supplies that this place stocks. Thin wall tubing, abrasives and a wide array of quality hand tools. However it's all small stuff, but if your into model engineering or occasionally make small parts keep these guys in mind. I was on another mission and didn't have time for a deep dive, but I will be returning for another visit.
