Does anyone know if there is a name for this deformation that happens when you bend sheet metal?

See attached photo...

Thanks

I'd call it stretch marks....? It is stretch on one side and shrink on the other.

I don't do sheet metal work just so you know. But I am aware that there are bend allowance guidelines for sheet metal to prevent kinks, stretching, cracking... basically forms of deformation where the metal has been displaced beyond its stress limit. This is also helpful when you are making flat patterns because this amount needs to be accounted for. Your pic kind of looks like it was bent over a relatively sharp corner (low radius).
