Damn, that seems like a great deal for that lathe. A lot of big old machine for not a lot of money. Especially if it's in good shape, as she mentions a lot of tooling too.

I was curious about the swift lathe that was offered so I looked into it.
I read about the company there was a great write up.
I thought this picture was pretty cool they had their own truck to deliver machines.
Looks to be late 50's early 60's?
Swift made lots of other types of machines including a really interesting facing lathe.
They were happy to customize their machines to suit the customers needs
