The stuff is almost worth the ask. Too bad neither vise is a proper milling vise.

A person could well afford to buy a real nice vise given the asking price for the mill and accessories.

That has the taller column that Skinner specs on all the round column mills they sell.

The guy at the Edmonton shop said that most of the outfits that buy them, use them as dedicated drill presses, as they are better built and about the same price as anything else out there.

Bit of an odd listing, that. I looked at the seller's other listings and there is a ton of stuff, some at insanely low prices, but then the ad text says call to discuss pricing. Not sure what's up with that. I have an email in through the craigslist system but not hoping for much. Doesn't quite seem like a trolling operation, but who lists a new-ish 50 ton hydraulic press for $150?

Could be a bait and switch - you list stuff for $1 - its not real price... same as listing it for $100.
