Replacing oil lines

The oil in the oiling system has congealed to the point that I will have to replace them all, I've been looking around but not seeing much that looks the same.
The flexible hose is 4mm OD, 2mm ID, and probably have to replacing the fittings, do these look familiar to anyone?

one on top is push to connect fitting, and the other is a compression fitting.

what is the thread 1/4"?

they both look different to me. But get me the threads and I'll get you a link to buy the right size like this

 
the flexible hose and push to connect fittings look like pneumatic stuff, if thats the case its pretty easy to get, it would just be a question of how much pressure those lines see from your little hand pump
 
The fact that these fittings were used on flexible line, I don't think the ferrules distorted much . If you can pull the ferrule or the tube insert and remove the flexible tubing, I would just clean them up and re-use the fittings.
 
"push to connect" fittings, I've used them on a mill's oiler with success. It was so much easier to install than copper and compression.

IMO it needs meters on each output line, like a Bijur. Maybe they are already there installed at the other end of the output line, but they are rather critical. You can read about them here:


They create an equal resistance (or unequal if you want more oil in one area, i.e. they come with different resistances). If you don't use these or something similar, the flow will almost all go to the line of least resistance. It will get all the oil and the other path's none
