It could, actually.... but MT3 or 4 is most likely. If it is MT2, that is why it is so cheap... An MT4 with 2HP drive about the same size in good shape is usually north of 5,000$, and often close to 6K...

Wow, I am surprised that they would (could) hamstring a big drill like that with such a small taper...... :oops:

My RAD is quite a bit smaller (about half the weight, 2000 lbs), only a 7” column - it is MT3. Probably a misprint.
