I already have a nice Rockwell/Delta 12" disc and 6x48 sander,
I'll go over this one, install new bearings if they are even marginal (belt, disc, and motor), maybe touchup the paint, check the platen for flatness and mill as necessary, get it running smooth and then post it on kijiji/facebook for a small profit.
