- Drawer is too short for TTS tooling to standup.
- Laying down is to shallow to allow a row front and back
+ Angled like little cannons allows two rows

Dumb question, I assume those load into a CNC? Is it manual mode or like off a carousel? I'm buying extended versions of those in ER16 from AliExpress for completely different purpose but been impressed by how accurate they are for what they cost
