That is a Linley jig borer. Some had box ways and some dovetail, if box its of less interest and they can lift if used for milling (cutter helix pulls it up). They're a nice machine but that one looks in rough shape. irrc the tooling is non standard and hard to find ...... were that the case and there was not collets, drill and maybe even boring head its a definite pass imo.

Ye it pretty rough looks like it was lit on fire lol, but if it does have the collets would make a wicked drill press for 300 lol

Remember today you can get next to nothing for $300. This is not $300 10 years ago.
