  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area. Don’t be shy, sign up and come, or plan your own meetup!

Oh my…..

Wow...... I've never seen so many drill chucks in one place. He also clearly prefers keyed chucks. I'd love a few small chucks (one R8 and one 3MT), but I can't tell what condition they are in and for now he wants everything gone at once.

Notice that his ads have been up for over a month.

Even if a guy had a tool & cutter grinder and LOVED using it, they are still going to have to sell a tonne of pieces to make this deal make any sense. And I think we've talked before about the fine class of people you get to deal with on Kijiji or Marketplace...

If my toy fund was a little bit richer, yes, I would love to have the lot.... Select everything I want and then offer the remainder to the forum..... I bet if one doesn't dicker too hard, there's probably a few other things that might be tossed into the deal. Either way, I could break end mills for the rest of my life......

FYI, they have 7 other ads including a bending brake, compressor, hand band saw, cut-off saw etc. Might be something interesting in the whole batch.
