PS they’re also selling a machinists toolbox with Starrett goodies inside. What is the dial indicator with the C-frame & 2 finger holes used for?

Also, in the picture with the large level (Moore & Wright) there’s another Starrett indicator with a box of accessories, what’s that used for?
