Extracting it from its location might be a challenge.

Gantry lift mill onto a pallet or very strong dolly. Then choose one of the following:

Forklift, electric pallet jack, normal pallet jack and a winch, or my preferred method now, back up a flat bed tow truck and have them winch it onto the bed and drive up the ~10 degree slope

A gantry crane and pallet jack are pretty mandatory tools to have in your arsenal, or available to borrow.
Such a good deal

I've got a winch on the truck :D!
in hindsight, you don't even need a winch, just a vehicle and tow strap if you have a solid point to attach a tow strap such as a trailer hitch.

of course everything said is predicated on properly fastening/strapping the mill down to the pallet or dolly so it cant slide or topple

I'm in the "Wow what a deal, but I've already got a mill" camp. The move seems no worse than some I've done - we all enjoy a challenge!

I see that he also has a power hammer, and perhaps some un-photographed forging stuff.
