Gantry lift mill onto a pallet or very strong dolly. Then choose one of the following:
Forklift, electric pallet jack, normal pallet jack and a winch, or my preferred method now, back up a flat bed tow truck and have them winch it onto the bed and drive up the ~10 degree slope
A gantry crane and pallet jack are pretty mandatory tools to have in your arsenal, or available to borrow.

in hindsight, you don't even need a winch, just a vehicle and tow strap if you have a solid point to attach a tow strap such as a trailer hitch.I've got a winch on the truck!
of course everything said is predicated on properly fastening/strapping the mill down to the pallet or dolly so it cant slide or topple

Yeah at that price it's a go there, fork over cash, figure out extraction problem later but as quickly as possibly
Even if a guy had to disassembly into 3-4 pieces an engine hoist and some hand tools would make it pretty easy.

This sounds like a fun but doable adventure. Great homeshop mill too. I hope somebody here gets it.

I'm in the "Wow what a deal, but I've already got a mill" camp. The move seems no worse than some I've done - we all enjoy a challenge!
