Little machine shop quality?

I have been buying most of my accessories from little machine shop and most are OK, but I have ran into a bit of poor quality products. One was a knurling tool that was not square, another was drill bits in a set which did not cut, and third was missing and wrong sized screws in their Bluetooth DRO.
What is the general consensus on their products?

I have purchased more than a few things for my 7X12 and mini-mill from LMS and have no complaints. I have never purchased tooling from them.

I don’t know about general consensus, but I’ve been pleased with what I’ve ordered from them in the past. I find like many places there are usually two or three price points for given products, and I rarely buy the lowest one. Given the choice I’ll still buy from a Canadian supplier if I can just because of exchange and shipping, but LMS does tend to carry the smaller items for smaller machines, which mine tend to be. For that, I’m thankful they fill that niche.

I’ve bought several things from them, the paper drawing had layout numbers that were wrong for my mini mill long travel upgrade, also half of several parts missing critical machining operations in that kit (I bought a “ready to install kit”) had to Finish machining half the stuff myself, with 0 help of any kind from the customer service dept except excuses about quality control cannot be done dance. I would never again even as I mull the idea of converting back to gear drive for my upgraded mill-motor, I’ll source the metal gears elsewhere just to avoid them
