Since I'm new and cant actually post links yet I will just post the names to the sites or channels. In the future I will come back and update this.

Clickspring - Home clock making. Very well produced videos
Frank Hoose - Does very detailed reviews of mini lathes and mills. Also has an accompanying website.
Johnnyq90 - has some really interesting mini projects for air turbines and generators.
Grant Thompson the King of Random - Does tons of home projects.
 
I like Clickspring, great videos and really nice techniques and his tooling videos are superb. Lots of info on home made countersinks, emery boards and a nice little finger plate which is great for drilling or working on smallish parts.
King of random has some great projects too.
I also like Abom79, Doubleboost, Randy Richard, they all lead to a whole whack of other shop video producers with weekly productions.
