Level Vial Spec?

I have what looks similar to or maybe an older version of a Starrett 13 C double square (Link) with a broken level vial. Would anyone like to hazard a guess about the specification (sensitivity) of the vial for such a tool?

I’d like to replace the vial and make the tool more useful but right now sourcing parts from south of the border is not going to happen so I won’t be talking to Starrett.
