It's "fully operational". I call a big BS on that! Surely that thing is only worth salvage price or to scavenge a few parts from it!

It is very rusty. The chuck looks to be about 14", and looks in good condition - it's probably worth about 400 bucks, and looks to be in good condition. I wouldn't want the lathe, though.
