Lathe DRO

I turn poorly and infrequently. Those things may be related.
I am looking for recommendations for a lathe dro suitable for a Luxcut 1136 lathe.
Reading dials has been a struggle because either I can't see it or, more frequently, I forget where I started and where I am supposed to finish and how many turns of the dial exist between those 2 points.
Cheap is good. Amazon is off limits at the moment so Ali is the better option.
Not sure whether 2 or 3 axis would most suitable.
All suggestions welcome, other than smarten up and practice.

No hassle, just a bit tight on the X-Axis:
