Sure looks like mine. And pictures! Maybe I need a 4th lathe. Especially since it seems I only have room for one based on recent attempts to make everything fit.

If I didn't have my lathe, I'd be all over this. Likely less work to bring it back to working condition than mine was.

Correct. At this price point it is super cheap. It would be picked up, quickly fixed and flipped for 2500. At least I would fix her up, clean, inspect and re-sell.
