  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area. I am listing it here before other places. I have for sale Kent Bridgeport clone KTM-3VK for sale - same as https://www.kentusa.com/machines/milling-machines/manual-knee-mills/ktm-3vk/

Variable speed (up to 4200) head, R8 taper. Table and spindle in excellent condition (table has no gouges or deep scratches, spindle very quiet even at high speeds).

Comes with power draw bar, X and Y axis feed (Y feed needs some repair). Machine can be tested under power (spindle, feeds, power draw bar).

I can deliver anywhere in Calgary area.

Please note Alexander talked to the auction house and was informed the machine was tipped (presumably forward) while it was loaded before it was acquired and fixed by me.

The Y feed with some initial help feeds only in column direction. Table is 10x50. Decorative flaking is present on Z column.
