If you could own just one special vehicle what would it look like?

Would you hate me if I told you I've driven one?

Amazing car.
Hate is a strong word, but I would be a bit jealous and I don't have a jealous bone in my body.

If I drove one I would like to drive it somewhere where I could really thrash it a bit.

I'm guessing you drove one of the newer (05ish) models?

I raced one with my Mustang, I beat him to the end of the 1/4 mile (barely), but he was gaining on me, I think he was turning high 10's bone stock, probably had the A/C on;-)

Nope, the older $$$ original.

That's no fun. But to be honest, although its an amazing car, its not one I'd really like to own. If I couldn't have my Boss, I'd take an old 70ish Shelby over the GT.

How did you manage to drive a GT40?
Must have been a tight squeeze given your height?

Here what I'd like if we are talking older vehicles. Even as a kid i thought they were cool.

Well if you liked your Boss, you definitely would appreciate a drive in my 65, lighter chassis, almost twice the power, and much much better handling. Just a super fun car to drive.

I prolly would. Just a quick drive around the block. But I might get lost and not come back for a few months.....

Well, there’s the Mustang that the guy down the street from me dug out of a swamp and restored. Um, not a Ford…

That's pretty amazing.

Porsche 959 in rally setup. Was my dream car as a teen, and still is - always loved rally cars - performance meets real world conditions (not a specially prepped track.)
Not really the most beautiful car, but is beautiful in a utilitarian kind of way. And stupid fast for what it was capable of driving over.

Now someone mentioned planes - they are vehicles too - so then the whole debate of would I love a plane - sure (spitfire) - but I'd need to learn to fly first. I'll stick to cars until I win the lottery.
