My calculator arrived today and I'm completely flummoxed on how to actually use it.

Quickest is to watch Stefan use his:

Or follow the sequence of numbers on LH side, 1->5 to get Feed rate.
Flip side 7,8 is for Turning, 8-12 are to calculate MMR
