Super interesting equipment video. Anyway ~34:00 he shows a cam follower that guides the grinding relief geometry. This is similar principle to what I was trying to accomplish, but obviously mine is much more limited with a PITA fixed ramp profile. See how he 'adjusts' those 2 screws & it seem to be further altering the plane of the cam plate itself? Does anyone have any familiarity or some kind of sketch of what's going on? It looks like the 2 screws enter the plate perpendicular. So the plate is not just attached to spindle shaft, but on some kind of pivot?

Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. I keep looking for a Hybco 2100 Relief Grinding Fixture. Like the Harig. It is much more versatile. If you see one for sale it is unaffordable. Patent US3081585

First I wanted to buy a Hybco when I still had my 1910's vintage 600+lb Cincinnati Universal Tool & Cutter grinder. So I went looking for info, usually starting with patents.
Then I started to doodle one up in Inventor or Fusion.
If or when I would build one today I think I would drive the adjusting dials with steppers. The advantage of the Hybco is that you don't need special collets, and you don't need a bunch of cam plates.
