Good 5 to 6 hours one way without Toronto in between. But it is, so prolly more like 5 to 6 days one way....

Do you southern Ont folks have a reasonably priced amd trusted surface plate re-lapper and certification service?

Yes, I've noticed that. I'd scoop one in a regular in-person auction, but I'm not gunna bid on one from here to Toronto that I can't see or that will be handled by some goons pretending to be real riggers. So I've been watching Kijiji and FB.

Pylon recertified my plate, but it was before I purchased it so I dont know that they resurface plates.

That said, I dont know if they resurface out of spec plates.

I need to look up my resource listed because back in 2018 or so I found a company but I forget their name. They aint cheap though so if you want the service done it is best to have a resurfacing party, take your plates to centralized location and have tech do multiple plates at once since it spreads travel costs among all the plates
