Geo Stevens Power Coil Winder 38 AML winding lathe

One for the custom guitar guys and electronics types. It'll either be "wow what a deal" or "what's that?"

Everything seems to work, I just don't need another project. The spindle drives a shaft with a banjo and change gears, that has a cam which oscillates the shaft feeding the wire. what's not to love about that? Dirty filthy and in need of some TLC, ACT NOW and all this can be yours for the low, low price of $190.

Probably can't find out today as it's a holiday but please get back to me if you're interested in shipping this. Randy

Neat rig!

I have a copy of the Atlas Lathe version of their "How to Run a Lathe" book, and coil winding, and setting up the gear trains to feed the correct amount, based on wire diameter, is one of the subjects they covered in it, that South Bend did not in their Book.
