I'm tired of paying Messer's rent on a bottle that I don't refill nearly often enough to be worth the fees.
Any suggestions for non-rental bottles and refills in Victoria?

I get my tanks from KMS

And refills can be KMS or Barry Hamel in Saanichton.

When I lived in Victoria (moved something over a year ago) I had bought tanks and had them filled at KMS. Yes. at hobbyist consumption rate it did not make sense to rent from the gas companies with an annual fee.
