Fusion CAM help

I'm working through the Fusion milling CAM tutorials and I've hit a roadblock.
The part is provided by Fusion. I worked through the topside lessons and am now working on the bottom.
I'm trying to clear the two holes shown. Using a 2D adaptive copied as directed from the tool paths made for the top of the part.
The instructions are to modify the geometry to mill the features shown.
I can make the middle feature no problem but I can't make the two holes.
I've tried selecting either of the two edges shown and I get the error "No Toolpath to post process".

One of the later toolpaths is a chamfer toolpath and I can select the outside, the middle feature and the two holes so it seems like they are 'valid' features.

Any Fusion wizards who can offer guidance?

When you select the pocket, are the red arrows inside or outside the pocket? I cheated and opened the file "Intro to 2D Machining_Complete v1" and looked at what was in there.

Thanks for reminding me there are tutorials for Fusion baked in. I really should look at them rather than blindly guessing my way through.

They were inside. I tried flipping them to the outside which basically milled off the bottom to the depth of the hole.

If you do the full tutorial I'll be curious if you run into the same problem. It's entirely likely that I did something wrong when I got the the 'flip the part stage'.

Edit: I was reading the Fusion forums and someone asked about why they they were getting a no toolpath error using a 2D adaptive toolpath to clear a bore.
The answer is that for a bore, the bore toolpath is the right one.

So I was not using the right tool for the job.
