A while back I picked up some LARGE nylon gears ~2' in diameter and 6" thick in the hub. I needed a nylon block this morning so I sawed a small piece ~6" x 4" x 1" out, and then face milled it into a nice little block for my project. I have several of these gears, so if someone wants one or a half for future nylon projects and your in Ottawa the price is free.
It's probably Nylon66, but not sure, it does machine very nicely.
