Faulty toilet valve

Really. I didn't know that. I believe it's the right way to do things. I have the same on my ELS kit.

Sorry, I see the lifetime warranty refers to Moen faucets.

I don't even know what exactly American Standard covers but I have had some free parts sent for their toilets. For example, I have a slow close seat that was sent for free after I told them I couldn't find a replacement in a local store.

Moen has a lifetime warranty on their parts.
My house was built in 1993. Since then, i have had to replace the cartridge in my Moen bathtub faucet twice.
This faucet can have one of two different cartridge versions . All I do is go to BMR, tell them which size I need, and they reach into a bin and hand me a new one.
No questions. No charge.
Can't whine and Moen about that.

Victoria Andrew Sheret charged me a $2 fee for an otherwise free Moen replacement cartridge. Their Branch in Duncan did not charge anything. Either way, I was happy since I nearly paid many tens of dollars for a replacement from Lowes. I did bring in the old ones both times.
