My son worked at Home Depot years ago and got two of these on sale. He gave me one and kept one for himself. He hardly used his and doesn't need it anymore. It works perfectly, and comes with a DeWalt 18V battery (not the extended one, just the regular AH one). Yes, the battery still holds a good charge :)

AM/FM, great bass, and an AUX jack you can plug a device into, or add a DeWalt Bluetooth receiver to it. What I like about these units (I'm keeping the one he got me) is that they have large knobs you can use with gloves on, they recharge the DeWalt 18V batteries (and have a status light on the front to show charge status), and they have 3 - 110VAC outlets on the side to plug stuff into. There's a small button cell inside to preserve channel memory in case you run your battery out. It also runs on AC of course. Best of all are the roll bars that protect it in a rough shop environment or the back of your truck. Nice rugged unit great for a dusty shop or worksite.

$25.00 - I'm in Calgary.
