Looks to be a Jig boring machine, rather than a mill, just from looking at the controls.

Might be a nice very light duty mill, but not the machine that Deckel built their reputation with, ie: the FP-series Milling machines.

The heads 'might' fit on an FP-1 or FP-2.
 
Got a reply on the practical machinist site, that suggests the head may fit on a -2, -3 series FP Mill.

Which is to say, tread carefully!

Makes accurately sized, and accurately placed holes. When the center distances really matter, and you need the repeatability, a Jig Boring Machine. or a Jig Grinder (on hardened workpieces) is the appropriate tool.

You would use a jig bore or grinder, for instance, when making drilling jigs for production work use, or when building a precision gearbox, where the gears must run at the correct tooth engagement to last.
