Custom mixed aerosol paint supplier

Years ago, at a full-service body shop supply house. There was also a small garage that had an attached store that could mix to OEM color codes.

These both do custom spray bombs, not cheap but convenient. It's been a 4-5 years since I had any made.

Rondex 676 Alpha St, Victoria, BC V8Z 1B2, I think the best guy there is Jim.

JB Auto corner of Government and Pembroke, same plaza as Acklands, the best guy here was Jim.

Edit - Dulux on Tennyson mixes colours but I'm not sure if they do spray bombs.

Any auto paint supplier does this routinely. Tip if you are serious about matching something vs a color PN, bring the sample in, They will probably have a color wheel or tint on the fly. Things can look different with age or underlying primer, or lighting conditions or clear coat..... Some colors can be harder to match.

When I refurbed the Logan, I took the head stock down and they did a great job matching the colour. I have the recipe if anyone needs it.

Yes. It's why my cabinet matches the mill.
On Keating Cross Road, south side just past Co-op heading west.
Don't remember name.
One litre can. Just reduce to spray.
Just an extra note. I took in a painted panel and they used a camera to match. Then painted a stroke on something. We matched it to the panel. It was off a bit so they tweaked the colour until we got a good match. Not perfect but pretty close.
It depends on the ambient lightkng spectrum.

I have a RAL code and RGB numbers. Will be going on a motorcycle tank and side covers.

Are you looking for a spray can, or just the paint to apply with an air gun?

I know Lordco here in town does spray cans. Never used any from them. Again, not cheap from what I heard.

When I restored my 1982 Yamaha Exciter I was fortunate that I have a friend with a body shop. His guy sprayed it for me in a beautiful Toyota deep red. Loved the colour.

I'd prefer spray cans as I'm not keen on spraying non-water soluble paint with my HVLP/LVLP guns. I'll call around and see who does it locally.

Napa is from what I remember ~$40-50 / can.(Probably dependant on paint code)

So if it's a small project not a big deal, but if something you'd need a few cans probably cheaper to get a seperate gun & a quart or whatever

If you can wait I have a small air gun, never been used, you can borrow.
I picked it up becaus my 1L Devilbiss was really too large for teensy projects.
Or alternatively check out PA for small air brush. Likely cheaper, as you have compressed air, than a spray can.
