Overall, I’m really pleased with the mill. Pleasure to operate…VERY solid, well engineered, simple to maintain. born in 1974 when things were still made right, she weighs in at 3,600lbs…and it is a hobby machine for me but has massive capability that I’ll likely never fully test. I installed some casters on it as it is sharing the garage and needs to be moved around from time to time one day she’ll get a room of her ownNice, I was just doing some reading about Wells Index machines, very well thought of, American made, some guys believe it's a better machine than a Bridgeport in many ways.
Parts and service available, looks like you bought it new.
I’m in Clarington…pretty much the 1/2-way mark…but nothing like a good road trip
