I know you can spend money like that on Techniks & similar brands. The ad doesn't actually state the brand. They are an odd size lot, used? with a tap or whatever included not shown?
Anyway for price reference I bought a graduated set from ALI like this for similar cost. The stated runout of 0.008mm (0.0003") was pretty much in line to ones I spot measured.
Some vendors play games in terms of which are 0.005 & which are 0.008 mm runout in the fine print if that matters to you. For my purposes they are pretty decent
