Here are two plans, I combined the two to fit the V ways and have the dial adjustment.

One of those is still on my to do list. I can't wait to actually be making stuff again. I like the design, cleanly made!
 
"tomstechniques" website appears to be gone but a search for "toms techniques carriage stop" will get you to the youtube videos, the pdf sheets are there amongst the other hits.
 
I did mine without the handles and I usually keep a allen wrench in it, for when I want to move and tighten. In hindsight I could have done better.
 
I could have done better, too, but it was quick and dirty, and the dedicated Allen wrench works just fine.
