I'd take a screw on chuck for the right machine and price. I did crazy good on my SB.I thought you said said you were done with counter shafts and spin on chucks?

Yes, I had the same engagment on my SB and it stuck once. Very scary!I found it to be good it did whatever I wanted. On mine that spin type clutch would bind making some scary moments so I took the apron apart and put in a spring that helped solve that problem.
