I've had to change my choice of panel connectors since european Knapp connectors come from the USA because the Canadian distributor in BC distributor only wants to sell timberframe connectors.
I have a dowelmax jig, but I don't like dowels that much nor the dowelmax jig for that matter. I want dead simple to use functionality that is fool proof. I also want a more robust connector like I've become accustomed to.
So I've designed a loose tenon jig to allow me to use 6x30 tenons in 3/4" stock. I can knock one out manually on the milling machine, but I'd really like one cut on a cnc router so I can get engraved text on the jig as well. I was thinking of using 1/2" corian for greater durability over mdf or BB
I can supply material and pay for run time, as well as provide a 3d file
