Just an FYI, don't order B2552 R8 Boring head expecting a wooden box. A month after they finally responded (4 months of waiting) to my complaint from April they still haven't updated the website.
 
I didn't get a survey. They must know how I feel. Sad really. Can't fix a problem you don't know you have.
