  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area. Don’t be shy, sign up and come, or plan your own meetup!

Handles took a bit of a beating, but a guy with a lathe can fix that..... If it was closer, I would be tempted, selling my round column piece of creative offshore workmanship, would almost pay for it. I could see that as a handy setup from time to time. And it's different enough to get my attention, but, no, I will not be convinced this time......... Enough projects for my lifetime........ Could pick up my vise on the way by....NO!:p

I tried to get people here interested in one near Calgary at 700$, but no takers.
 
I didn't get a reply from the seller after messaging last night. I assume that means someone else beat me to it.
 
If you want a machine, you have to get in the car and drive there the day before the add gets posted. If you go later that day it won't be there when you get there.
