Per the listing:

... 575volt 3 phase. Issue with the lathe is it only operates in lower gear, this needs to be figured out and is priced taking this into account. It is still wired up for a few more weeks and can be seen running.

Switching the 575V motor also looks like a problem according to Lathes.com:
