Anyone using the Snapmaker J1s IDEX?

I've been thinking of upgrading from the Prusa and this printer has got my hand twitching on the buy button.

Anyone familiar? I find complaints online about terrible support, but also raves about the printer.

Reasons for upgade? Big one is the dual heads so I can print breakaway or dissolvable supports ......growing to hate post print support removal. Also like that its enclosed so I can rig a fan and print the obnoxious stuff like ABS.

Opinions?
