Aciera F1 for sale Vernon BC 4000$

Hello, I'm posting this precision milling machine on behalf of a lady that I know who wanted to reach more people who maybe interested in Aciera F1 being such a uncommon machine in Canada.

Aciera. It hasn't been posted to Facebook yet but when it is I'll include the posting for it there as well.

The acedia comes with what is pictured. It has the basic accessories enough to plug it in and make chips but doesn't have some of the advanced attachments for anyone curious. And it currently wired to be plugged into rotary phase converter so one would have to buy VFD if would like to run on single phase.

It is currently under power for those who wish to see it run and test it.







This is a beauty machine would be great for anyone who in interested in Mirco machining world.

Now that is an interesting looking machine! And there is another larger machine in the back ground of the one picture. Appears to be a knee mill. Looks like some high end equipment in that shop or kept clean.

Tool and cutter grinder in one picture which will be listed soonish and the other machine is an abene VHF 3 which is another unique machine fellow owned and looks pretty much perfect for its age it already has a new home lucky guy

Great machine, he had a nice collection! I've got one but am tempted to get a second in that price range. Of course distance is a big problem. All the great machine deals are out west!

- What does restored mean?
- no goodies behind the two side doors?
- Most important, has the spindle been checked (needs a tenths indicator). The arrangement are like some Deckels, its a needle bearing with the shaft being the inner race and housing the out race. When its worn, huge problem. The check isn't just for runout, its lateral play as well which is where the trouble shows up. There is a place in Germany that rebuilds them, $3000-$4000 cdn plus.

It hasn't had any restoration done on it only disassembled and reassembled as the fellow had just started the process before passing away.

Unfortunately no goodies were found with it besides table and vise and dead center and assortment of slitting saws.

No it hasn't but I can test it when I'm back from work in 13 days. As far as ways are concerned the heaviest wear is on the head ways were the hand scrapping has been worn in first 1.5"-2" near spindle

I can ask about tool and cutter grinder it's french I believe just can't remember brand she also has a smaller one that maybe coming up for sale soon as well so I can get info on that one aswell
